Event Coordinator, HSF
A proud Salisbury NC native, Weston Ewart specializes in event coordination and interior/commercial design. Weston has experience planning individually curated events ranging from intimate gatherings to grand scale corporate occasions. Weston’s design and event work has led him to managing multiple projects at a time in various locations such as Manhattan, Washington DC, and New Orleans. While working with a wide array of clients ranging from medical foundations such as Novant Health, Art and History Museums, and Historic Preservation groups. Weston is currently employed by Historic Salisbury Foundation and also the Richard Hampton Jenrette Foundation, a national preservation organization dedicated to helping develop the next generation of leaders in historic preservation, curatorship, and historic trades.
In his work with the Historic Salisbury Foundation, Weston is responsible for all fundraisers and events coordination. One of the largest being OctoberTour, a two-day historic home tour of which Weston leads a team of eight chairs and over two hundred volunteers to welcome thousands into the city. OctoberTour has served as a cornerstone of the area’s cultural and historic tourism for forty-nine years.
